Return or Exchanges (if applicable)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at girlzlabbtq@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [1937 Pedro Mejia, San Juan, PR 00926]. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and if we don't have the item on stock a credit will automatically be applied. The store credit will be of the same amount of your purchase that will last up to 90 days from the return date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (NO cambio ni devolución), jewelry, swinsuits, seasonal items (piezas con brillo o metálicos NO tienen cambio ni devolución), gift cards, special sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) or any other items marked as "Final Sale".
Refunds
The store does not refund any items. Customers have the option to return and receive store credit for the purchase of any other products of the given amount.
